王胜龙，男，1979年12月生于河南南阳。2003年毕业于河南师范大学生命科学学院，2005年获中山大学生命科学学院生态学专业理学硕士学位，2010年获中山大学环境科学专业理学博士学位。毕业后到西南林学院国家高原湿地研究中心工作，主要从事湿地生态学、环境微生物学方向的科研工作。

承担“水处理微生物学”及“湿地生态系统保护与管理”两门课程的教学任务；参与的项目主要有“湖滨植物群落在高原湿地生态系统稳定性中的调控机理研究”、“重金属复合污染土壤的植物修复的根际机理与技术”、“镉超富集植物—宝山堇菜的种质保存与镉富集相关基因的克隆”、“利用多金属超富集植物与重金属复合污染土壤的植物修复”等.
