一、个人信息
卢怡，女，中共党员，副教授，博士，硕士生导师，2023级硕士班班主任。主要从事固体废弃物资源化利用相关的教学与研究工作。近年来，主持厅局级项目2项，作为主要成员参与国家自然科学基金面上及地区项目各1项，发表SIC及中文核心文章20余篇。
